This program aims to simultaneously teach versatility and the mastering of a technical function. It allows for the student to actively participate in the development of the tourist industry while teaching them to adapt to different cultures, to evaluate a tourist location, in the development of tourist products and services as well as the promotion of these products and services. In choosing one of the three specializations, the students will acquire the necessary qualifications that will enable them to intervene accordingly whether it be in Hospitality and Tour-Guiding, Tourist Product Development, or in the Development and Promotion of Travel Products.

Guide touristique Planificateur de congrès et d'évènement Les guides touristiques accueillent et guident les groupes de touristes et animent des activités de divertissement. Dans le cadre de leurs fonctions, ils préparent les visites (information culturelle, itinéraire, matériel nécessaire, etc.), coordonnent le transport des personnes et de leurs bagages et résolvent les problèmes de logistique ainsi que les situations problématiques. C’est un métier enrichissant qui convient aux personnes sociables et ouvertes d’esprit. Un emploi comme guide touristique réclame aussi le sens de l’organisation et de la courtoisie et des aptitudes pour l’apprentissage des langues étrangères.
